The ZBS SMS Platform, with short code 54141 and 441, is designed to work as described below.

1. Customers send an sms with a specific subscription “keyword” to any of the shortcodes. When this sms is received the listener is subscribed to receive notifications / Pushed Content / Breaking News. The sms platform sends an sms to acknowledge receipt of the listener’s sms.


2. If a subscriber wants to unsubscribe from the subscription service, they send an sms with the “keywords”; STOP or LEKA to any of the shortcodes. When this sms is received, they are un-subscribed from the service. The sms platform sends an sms to acknowledge receipt of the subscribers request.


3. When content is available the administrator / Editor Sends the notifications / Pushed content to the subscribers. This sms is to be charged accordingly.

   • 441 Content : MK50.00


4. Users will also be able to send several sms with different keywords. Some of the sms are for subscribing to the service; others are simply for Customers to participate in different programs / Services. These messages are billed accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE : Subscription and Deactivation messages are not billed. Customers can activate and deactive for free.
